Welcome to Partnership Investment Finance (PIF), the loan and equity fund for Yorkshire, The Humber and North Lincolnshire.
 
The fund has been set up to provide loans and equity funding for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) unable to raise money from traditional sources.  We are committed to helping businesses and social enterprises access the funding required to grow their business, create jobs, attract inward investment and enjoy a secure and sucessful future.
 
Whether you are directly responsible for raising your own business finance, or you are a professional agent providing help, advice and guidance for a client this site will provide a simple guide to check your eligibility and begin your application.
