Prior to joining YFM Group, Julia worked at Business Link York and North Yorkshire for
six years, initially as a Project Co-Ordinator working on a range of government-funded
projects and then as Leader of a team of administrators and co-ordinators. This
extensive experience of working in a fast-paced, high customer orientated environment
will enable her to assist with the administration of small and micro loans at
YFM Group.

Mark has more than ten years' experience in making equity investments in small
and medium sized privately owned businesses. He was financial director of two
acquisitive and growing companies for several years. Mark qualified as a chartered
accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Anne's background includes 12 years in the leisure and service industry working
for blue chip public limited companies where she gained experience in the management
of individual business units and was directly accountable and responsible for
their financial performance.
Anne has been involved in risk capital investment since 1997, appraising and
implementing investments into small and medium sized enterprises in the Yorkshire
and The Humber region.

After leaving Hull University (French and Latin), Graham joined NatWest Bank,
where he worked for 24 years, predominantly in a lending capacity, including appointments
as Regional Advances Manager and also Lending Manager at Branch level. He also
has considerable experience in insolvency and recovery matters, having spent almost
ten years at the Bank's Head Office specialist department where he dealt with
the whole spectrum of situations that could arise.
He spent the last 8 years prior to joining YFM Group working for Business Link
York and North Yorkshire, initially as a specialist adviser providing funding
advice and information to SMEs and latterly being in charge of one of the adviser
teams.
